We read everything. If it's kind enough and not spoilery, it goes up on the wall. Public notes don't get a ticket code, so if you want an answer, send a private one too.
What we keep
- Your words, the category, the game version and the day (not the time).
- For private notes: a scrambled fingerprint of your ticket code, not the code itself.
- Not your IP address, name, email, device, browser or location. There are no cookies.
To stop floods, the form server counts sends for a while in memory using a scrambled key that changes every day and is never saved. More in the privacy policy.
