Our games and this website are made for people 13 and older. They are not directed at children under 13. CLOSED CASKET is a dark comedy about death and funeral work, and we market it to teens and adults.

We collect no personal information, from anyone

The US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is about collecting personal information from children under 13. We don't collect personal information from anyone, of any age:

no accounts, names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, photos or birthdays;
no cookies, analytics, advertising IDs, device IDs or other persistent identifiers;
no IP addresses stored by our code (see the privacy policy for what our host sees in transit);
no voice recordings: the optional crew radio is live only, never recorded, and 13+;
no age questions, so we never learn anyone's age.

Our forms ask people not to type personal information, and our server removes email addresses and phone numbers automatically.

No engagement tricks

No ads, no purchases, no loot boxes, no daily streaks, no FOMO timers, no countdowns and no push notifications. Cosmetic unlocks are earned by playing, never bought.

Parents and guardians

If you believe a child under 13 sent us personal information in a form, tell us through the contact form (pick "Privacy") and quote the message or give its ticket code. We'll delete it. You don't need to tell us who you or the child are. The game's saves live only on your own device: Settings › "Reset all data" removes them.
